What Is SoundQuest Station?
A Place to Create, Lead, and Grow
SoundQuest Station is a place where you show up each week, work with the same group, and build cool things together over time. It's not like school — there are no grades, no tests, and no boring lectures. Instead, you get to dive into hands-on creative projects that actually matter.
You'll explore music production, run podcasts, experiment with media and technology, and discover gaming and digital tools. Along the way, you'll learn how to work with others, lead projects, solve problems together, and support your peers. Every session builds on the last, so you see real progress and finish projects you can actually be proud of.
You don't need experience. You don't need to be "good" at anything yet. You just need interest and the willingness to show up, try new things, and work as part of a team. If you're curious and ready to create, you're ready for SoundQuest Station.
PeerCast
You Run the Podcast

Every session at SoundQuest Station is packed with hands-on activities that let you explore different creative paths. You're not stuck doing one thing — you get to try it all, discover what you love, and build skills that matter both now and in your future.
Run a Real Podcast
Host PeerCast episodes, conduct interviews, and create media content that reaches a real audience. You're in charge of the questions, the conversations, and the message.

The SoundQuest Station — Part 1 of an Ecosystems Solution
A Program that Empowers Youth, Strengthens Communities & Ignites a Nation Movement
Flourish Foundation Project (FIRE Wellness) meets youth where they are—in their phones, schools, online, and communities—and transforms daily hours of music, games, and digital engagement into life-saving, resume-building opportunities to empower young lives. Our proprietary collaborative impact ecosystems-model approach recognizes that today's youth spend significant time engaged with digital media and harnesses these interests as gateways to professional skills development, leadership training, and career exploration—all infused with mental health & wellness, suicide prevention, and social emotional learning (SEL), and life-saving suicide prevention strategies including QPR, hands-on CPR, and Music & Mental Resilience curriculum.. Our local afterschool program is designed to be shared to the nation on platforms your frequent most and is amplified by youth led, and cross sectional industry leader & celebrity reinforcements sharing messages of hope and life-saving programming a full cycle ecosystem solutions — a stigma-free, authentically resonating with youth blueprint for addressing the national youth suicide crisis.
Our program participants lead and create public health awareness campaigns and events like Every11minutes, and Play & Stay — Live Championship Esports, Music & Wellness Youth Summit (in partnership with the Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) and lives-streamed to the nation from the U.S. Olympic Center). SoundQuest Station is an afterschool program and evolves to a national resource as we launch our mobile application at Play & Stay — Live Championship event May 23-24, 2026.
Broadcasting & PeerCast
Youth learn professional journalism, broadcasting skills, develop their own podcasts, and share stories that make an impact to themselves & their schools and communities. This platform gives youth a voice while building communication skills essential for future success.
Music Production & DJ Training
Participants explore music creation, production techniques, and DJ skills under guidance from industry professionals. They develop technical abilities while expressing their creativity & building a toolkit of strategies for using music for emotional behavioral self regulation.
Gaming & Coding Hubs
Beyond recreational gaming, youth learn game design principles, coding fundamentals, and digital literacy. These activities develop logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and technological fluency.
At our flagship SoundQuest Station — Play & Stay — Live Studio, youth don't just play—they move from gameplay to gameplan, earning stackable micro-certifications across more than 270 STEM and career pathways. Each activity is carefully designed to build transferable skills while providing engaging, age-appropriate content that resonates with participants' interests.
Our program creates a seamless progression from recreational activities to career exploration, and professional development, helping youth envision and prepare for future careers they might never have considered otherwise. This future-focused approach helps reduce suicide ideation & supports overall mental wellbeing.

How It Works
